Can I return my product for a refund?
If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), and we will provide the return instructions in details! Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Returns made will be refunded in other form of payment. 

Limitation of Returns & Exchanges on specific products:
1.Used item(s) for reasons other than manaufaturer defects will not be eligible for returns

2.New item(s) for reasons of manufacturer defects will be eligible for refund

3.Shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable.

4.For orders purchased in our retail stores, only same-day refund (as on the date of purchase on order receipt) is allowed, please return the product(s) in its original packaging to the store within the day of your original retail purchase along with the physical receipt.
